The PALA-TABLE is a tool for people to discover their likes and dislikes in each bottle of wine. While working as a sommelier at Eleven Madison Park, Jordan first started to attend weekly blind-tastings, during which she began to develop an understanding of each grape’s flavor, and structure profile.
